GUYS! This place is turning into a KBBQ area and it's SO GOOD! The grand opening is TODAY! Don't miss out! There will be free apps :)
My fiancé and I happened upon this place last week because we saw the KBBQ coming soon signs and to our surprise the owner let us try it out before its official opening! IT WAS SO DELICIOUS like better than Tomokun! We hail from the Nova area where KBBQ is best in country and though the price point here obviously isn't what it is over there (lack of competition) the quality was on par! We tried the pork belly and ended with probably the most amazing nangmyeon in the city. Whoever is running the Korean dishes at this joint can really cook! I highly recommend this place! -

Nagomi was a great place to satisfy my sushi craving for a cheap price. I got the tonkatsu, mackerel nigiri, nagomi spicy tuna, and the complimentary side salad.
The salad was good, and similar to that you would get in most Japanese restaurants. The tonkatsu was crisp and plentiful, but wished the meat was juicier. The nagomi spicy tuna had a great balance of flavors in a piece that looks so simple. The mackerel nigiri was good, but not sure if it was worth the $2 per piece. Of note, this place does not serve otoro or uni, despite what the menu may suggest.
Overall, this was a good place to fulfill your sushi craving for a good price, but not one to write home about. Would come again though. -

Good food...our server (Jason) was awesome! We had KBBQ and my 10 year old was hesitant on trying something new...Jason explained everything and helped he feel comfortable trying a new experience.

My partner and I have stopped in here a few times. We typically go for the lunch special (I get the bento box) or when we have a coupon from The Clipper magazine. Overall average, but pretty good value. The place is clean and we've never had issues with take out. We've had a variety of dishes that were all good, but nothing to write home about.
Pros:
- Good service, typically not a wait.
- Sushi and sashimi combos are good value
Cons:
- Nothing that stands out. -

Solidly 3-star experience.
They have huge TV's which were showing HGTV, so that was not great for ambiance. They have a nice selection of draft beers which is not always common for sushi places, so that was a plus.
It was kid-friendly enough, and in fact there were a decent number of kids here and they were all behaving! Hooray!
The rolls were not wrapped tightly enough in my opinion. I also was charged for a bottle of wine instead of the glass that I had! I did notice it and had it changed, but that was a pretty big mistake.
If you are tired of fighting A2 traffic and just want some damn sushi, come here! It is A-OK and you can park right in front of the place! :)
